DOHC Camshaft Machining

Camshaft DOHC machining line was installed in 1996 and consists of 3 Mazak/Japan CNC turning centers and Schaudt/Germany grinding and other modern CNC machines. This line is flexible to suit a variety of 4 cylinder DOHC camshafts.

Capacity: 252,000 units / year

- Mauser 4 station transfer, 2 x Mikrosa centreless grinders, 3 x Mazak, 3 x Schaudt, Thelenhaus, Durr washing, Hemmlewerke test
