STATE OF THE ART Cylinder head DOHC machining line was engineered and supplied by Thyssen Huller Hille (Germany,1996) and consists of 35 - 5 Axis CNC machining centres. The system is agile and capable of producing a myriad of aluminium products. CNC machines are connected via an automatic Liebherr / GSA gantry load system. Leak testers were supplied by Froehlich and washing plants by Durr. Total staff requirements to operate this system are 8-10.
